Heating & Cooling

By heating and/or cooling your pool and spa, you can extend the enjoyment of any season.

What are my options?

  • Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Natural or Propane Gas
  • Geothermal
  • Solar
  • Hybrid - Combining two types of heating solutions

Swimming Pools and Spas are some of the most important amenities in a commercial environment. By heating and/or cooling your pool and spa, you can extend the enjoyment of any season. Although our winters aren’t as bad as being up north, it can still get a little chilly down here. You’ll get a greater return on your investment if you heat your pool. Swimming isn’t just fun, it also has health benefits. Communities and other commercial facilities build recreational programs creating a place to gather, socialize and exercise. Swimming benefits the young and the elderly. It’s a great source for cardiovascular exercise and is a positive alternative if you have arthritis, muscular disease, are unable to run or jog.

These are the various types of heating to consider. There are advantages and disadvantages for you to explore when considering what solution is appropriate for your pool. We are here to be a resource as you begin that process. Each method of heating has features specific to them, so we’ll assist you in defining your needs and discuss the options of a proper solution.

Our Approach is Simple

Utilize Industry Leading Manufacturer's Products

Commercial environments rely on performance-driven solutions. In order to achieve the results that are demanded day in and day out by communities, the equipment that is utilized must perform to a higher standard with proven longevity.

Sizing your Solution with Operating Cost Calculators

Manufacturers create the calculators with two things in mind. Utilize key indicators from the community’s environment to right-size the solution and then show what the monthly operating costs will be, beyond the initial purchase. We include this with each of our proposals.

Manufacturer Warranty

When contemplating what type of heating will fit your goals, the manufacturer warranty is a secondary consideration. Each product carries different facets of coverage being Labor, Parts and Heat Exchanger warranties. We find it important to understand what these are on the front end.

Workmanship Warranty

Another value-add is seeing if your vendor warranties their workmanship. In addition to purchasing the right solution, a Workmanship Warranty provides for the installation. We provide a 5 Year Workmanship Warranty.

Maintenance

Do you have a maintenance plan? Should I have a maintenance plan?

Each type of heating has recommended maintenance to extend the life of the products. Maintenance, whether annually or otherwise, mitigates problems that can lead to larger issues or compromise the useful life of your equipment permanently. It creates a pathway to decreased equipment failures or downtime. Manufacturers and/or their Authorized Service Dealers can be the conduit for having a cost effective and viable plan.
